Why do I need to register on KTO?  

Once registered on kto.com you will be able to use all the services available on the website. 

Registration is free and acts as a personal account to manage and place your bets. It also gives us a point of contact if you come across any issues.

How can I register on KTO?  

Simply click “Register” in the upper right corner and complete the registration form. Please ensure that all personal details are entered correctly. 

Why should I specify my personal data when registering?  

The accuracy of the personal information you submit is a legal condition of using our products. We need to know your first and last name as well as your current residential address. By entering your date of birth, you verify that you are of legal age to use the services offered by KTO.

Why is it necessary to fill in Passport/ID details?  

We require your Passport or Identity Number for security purposes. Please be advised that withdrawals will be denied until the required documents have been supplied and verified.

Can I change my personal data after registration?  

Please note that you are unable to change your basic data, such as your name, date of birth, the currency of your KTO account, or your registered country. However, you will still be able to change other details even after registration.

In certain circumstances, we will verify and accept changes to your basic data if you submit the relevant documents.  

Do I have to deposit money right after registration?

You don’t need to make a deposit immediately. You may make a deposit whenever you like once you’ve registered. Keep in mind that your Welcome Offer may expire after a specific time frame indicated in the promotion. 

What should I do if I have forgotten my username or password?  

You can reset your password by using the “Forgot Password?” option when attempting to Login. Please contact support at support@kto.com if you forget your username/email address.

Can anyone else get access to my account?  

Accounts are only permitted to be used by the sole owner whose details match those on the account. You should never share your login details with anyone.

Please ensure that you Logout after your playing session if accessing your account on a public device. 

What should I do if another person accesses my account? 

If you believe someone else has access to your KTO Account, you should immediately reset your password and inform our Customer Support at support@kto.com to assist further.
